Sourcing & Distribution
Lesmar source and purchase globally with the majority of our purchasing direct with factories in Asia. We have extensive experience sourcing in China in-particular and have in place very stringent controls and procedures for managing quality, corporate social responsibility, environmental issues, and logistics and distribution.
Quality Assurance Procedures
All orders
For all printed orders we will always provide a PDF proof for approval by the relevant client contact person before we proceed with production. For more complex or large orders we will also provide a full proof for approval by the relevant client contact before we proceed with production. We will not proceed with production without a client-approved proof.
Orders manufactured or supplied from outside the EU
Factory audit reports will always be available on request should a client wish to inspect a factory before an order is placed. Click here to view an example of our third party factory inspection reports. We also conduct independent laboratory testing through SGS for an extremely wide range of products.
If an order is being manufactured or supplied from outside the EU a quality inspection will be carried out after the items have been manufactured but before they have been dispatched from the factory to ensure the goods meet the required quality standards. Click here to view an example of our third party pre-shipment inspection reports. We also offer during production inspections for very large orders or on request.
All orders from outside the EU will always be delivered into one of the Lesmar warehouses for in-house quality inspection as a further check to ensure 100% quality guarantees before the items are dispatched to our client.
Orders manufactured or supplied from within the EU
Most orders manufactured or supplied from within the EU will be delivered into one of the Lesmar warehouses in Brackley or Köln for in-house quality inspection before they are dispatched to the client. On occasion for small and/or very urgent orders, where we are working with established and trusted manufacturers or suppliers with reliable quality systems in place, we will deliver directly to the client.
After Sales
In the unlikely event of an issue being raised after delivery, the Account Manager or Account Director will be informed and the goods will automatically be collected and inspected by one of our warehouses. The goods will be repaired, replaced or refunded depending on client’s requirements and the extent of the problem.

Logistics, Fulfilment and Distribution
We ship large volumes from Asia on a frequent basis and have established partners in all the major Asian ports to help us co-ordinate our shipments.
We offer pan-European fulfilment and distribution services through our warehouses in Brackley, (near Milton Keynes) UK, and Köln, Germany. We provide these services for a number of our clients and would welcome the opportunity to discuss them further with you.
