Brand: Juvederm

Project info:

Brief: In late November we were asked us to create a range of Pan-European promotional items for the launch of Juvederm Ultra Smile at an important exhibition and conference in January.

Solution: We developed a range of bespoke ideas, high quality visuals and artwork within 48 hours then co-ordinated the aggregated orders working directly with our client's offices in the UK, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Benelux, Alpine and Nordics.

Timings: 6 week lead time, 1 week for proofs, 1 week for approval and 4 weeks for production and shipping (with a number of bespoke items being manufactured in China).

Outcome: Our client took delivery of the items at the beginning of January on time and were delighted with the quality and service. Our key contact specifically emailed to say: 

I wanted to thank you and the team for the giveaways, everyone loves them, especially the mirrors!  Bags are lush too!  and the notebooks, love it all. Thanks again for  helping us get some great goodies! 

Brand: Paradigm (an EADS Astrium Services Company)

Project info:

Brief: To develop something special to celebrate the launch of a new satellite.  The gift must reflect innovation, quality and technological superiority and must appeal to a wide range of recipients.

Solution: We proposed various solutions including a custom made model of the satellite small enough to sit on a desk.  The model had to be very high quality whilst also maintaining a sensible price. Good quality die-cut packaging was critical to ensure each model arrived with the recipient in pristine condition. 

Timings: Manufactured in China we first developed initial drawings, which were based on pictures rather than technical data due to the sensitive and confidential nature of the project. We then built a prototype within 4 weeks, followed by a full proof within 3 weeks, and bulk manufactured the model and, after quality inspection, sea freighted it into the UK for further quality inspection at our warehouse within 12 weeks.

Outcome: The models were delivered on time, as to the agreed schedule, and have proved extremely popular. Our customer continues to work closely with us on numerous projects.

Brand: Optive

Project info:

Brief: To create a range of inspiring and appropriate Pan-European promotional items for Optive, a lubricant eye drop solution, for the sales team give-away to customers and prospects to help generate awareness, act as a reminder, and create goodwill.

Solution: We developed a range of ideas around a liquid theme with custom shape Optive ‘Ozzie’ floaters within each item, which were manufactured using various factories in China and Turkey.

Timings: 2 weeks for proofs, 1 week for approval and 4 weeks for production and inspection. Shipping and delivery times varied; 2 weeks from Turkey or air freight from China, 5 weeks for shipping by sea freight from China.

Outcome: our client was very pleased and has continued to re-order the items whilst also working with us on a number of new projects.
